Diagnosis
Midlobe of mesoscutum with posterior 1/3 with raised reticulation; scutellum smooth and shiny; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green, notaular impressions metallic dark purple; coxae dark brown with metallic blue tinges; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.32; forewing speculum closed below; female scape widest medially; gaster long, MM/LG = 0.7, first tergite with punctures. < /FONT >
